Our Work: Dispute resolution On occasion, despite all efforts to avoid it, projects can go wrong. If problems are not resolved and are allowed to escalate, they can result in an enormous drain on resources, diverting attention from other projects and impacting significantly upon both the company’s profitability and reputation. We can assist, not only in avoiding disputes wherever possible, but in resolving disputes when they do occur as economically and expeditiously as possible. We have considerable experience in the field of dispute resolution, providing expert witness services and practising regularly as arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator, represented on a number of panels and the principal adjudicator nominating bodies. We work with our clients to identify a clear strategy for achieving the earliest and most cost-effective solution to the problem.
