Matthew Bastone DipArb FRICS FCIArb MEWI
In 1997, Matthew successfully completed the College of Estate Management's Post Graduate Diploma
in Arbitration - achieving the distinction of being awarded the
Robert Jardine Brown Prize - and has since undertaken Fellowship
Assessment, adjudication training and arbitration pupillage with
the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Matthew has considerable experience
of the management of disputes through arbitration and litigation,
including complex multi-party actions, and in dispute resolution
procedures such as ADR.
